As property investors ourselves we understand the frustrations you have with a typical agency, and we promise to offer you the service, care and professionalism beyond what you expect.

We also provide services for those who self-manage, but don’t know the process or don’t have time to do all the paperwork.

When listing your property we provide high-level exposure through structured marketing campaigns. Promoting your property in a broad range of media to gain maximum interest.

We conduct open for inspections and also private one on one inspections. Our openings last for a min of 30min, twice as long as most other agency openings ensuring we can capture more potential tenants – giving you the strongest quality shortlist possible to pick from.

All our potential tenants are extensively background checked using sophisticated tenant screening systems before being put forward to you for final selection.

All our properties are managed by the owner, ensuring you get the experience and professionalism you deserve. The owner pride themselves on industry best practice and high level training.

You will also gain access to our online Landlord Portal which allows easy access to live statements, digital inspections with photos and video of your property as well as outstanding jobs and any other documents.

We are also fortunate enough to have our own in-house builder and trade group.  

This means we can repair, maintain or renovate anything you need at short notice and at the most competitive price. Ensuring your property is always well looked after and minimizing any possible rental loss.

OUTSOURCING:

We also outsource our services out to other agencies and landlords. We also provide tenant open home viewings - for those interstate or who cannot attend and open home - we go for you!
